    • Everyone was very helpful and welcoming, I always felt like I had someone to turn to.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Program was easy to follow; I always knew what was happening at what time. Good to have the full two week program on the first day.

    • Hard-working and serious, but there were also very fun moments.

    • The presentations skills workshop and negotiation exercise were useful.

    • I was given a wide variety of work, I had the chance to discuss the job with other members of the team, and the different department presentations helped me gain a good insight into other areas of the firm.

    • I felt that everyone was very honest about what it meant to work here as a lawyer, at any level.

    • The work gave me an accurate reflection on what being a trainee, then qualifying as a lawyer would be like.

    • Yes.

    • Yes, although most of the networking and meeting involved people in the department you were put in.

    • The evening social events were very fun and well-organized.

    • There was a good talk on CSR programs and initiatives, and the opportunity to get involved in them.

    • A good vacation scheme which provides you with accurate insight into what it would mean to work as a lawyer, and to work at the firm.
