    • Grad rec put together a programme which was at once structured and at the same time not stifling

    • there was enough of a challenge to keep things interesting consistently

    • fairly good training in presentation skills and negotiation exercuses

    • understood departmental culture (it varies!) more so than company culture per se

    • reasonable rate, though london travel is steep

    • met senior partner, managing partner and lots of management team
