  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed the vacation scheme

    • Some of the work I undertook actually helped the lawyers in answering some questions and led to further inquiries

    • In every week, I had a buddy and supervisor. Everyone in the departments were friendly and approachable

    • I understood the importance of commercial awareness. Also got some insights into drafting emails and reports and learnt that the information always has to be clear for the client

    • Focus on sessions of each department, placed in a different department every week, lots of social activities

    • As the future trainees, we had an insight in the general work of the firm

    • It showed the ins and outs of the firm. Sitting with an associate meant you saw the real life work of a City lawyer

    • TW is very keen on employing friendly and approachable staff. It is ingrained into the culture of the organisation

    • Very valuable. I am now open to different specialities in law

    • Very well paid considering that I was only in the firm for 2 weeks

    • I met people at all levels of the firm at drinks, lunches and dinners

    • Excellent!!! Really enjoyed the Comedy Store
