About You
It was challenging and intense but enjoyable and informative at the same time.
All the staff were very approachable and happily answered all my questions. Everyone was easy to talk to and friendly.
Every task was explained clearly and additional help was available if needed.
Great practice for networking as we got to meet many senior partners. Time-keeping and working under pressure skills were also developed as most assessments had very short time frames.
The Company
We were constantly busy so the days flew by, but also had enough breaks throughout to relax for intervals between tasks and assessments. Entertainment was provided at night also.
It was hugely enjoyable but a tad stressful at certain points which was to be expected.
As the talent academy only lasted 3 days we only touched on personal training and development in comparison to say an internship. But we definitely learned about the competencies the company looks for.
We learnt a lot about the different service lines by networking with partners and managers over the 3 days which was great because they were happy to answer all our questions.
Very informative and interesting. We were given a speech at the beginning and the same values and principals were reinforced over the course.
I'm fairly confident in what career I want to aim for now as a result.
Everything Else
Our hotel accommodation and meals were paid for the entirety also.
Throughout the whole event we got to meet different employees from all service lines and we also had dinner with the senior partners.
Really good. We got to talk to the partners of the Belfast branch in a relaxed atmosphere over dinner and they all were really friendly and helpful
Apart from travel opportunities, not really.
Definitely a beneficial experience as a whole.
