The Role
The social aspect was great, however very few face to face meetings with my team throughout the year, and not a lot of regular work was given
By some of my team extremely valued, others not at all.
When i needed support, my task manager would always help. But was not so supportive in making sure i always had work to do
on average a few hours MAXIMUM a day
When I had work to do: it varied from excel spreadsheets on a weekly basis to occasionally a fair amount of responsibility at events
The skills I have learnt will be able to be used in future education/ work.
The Company
Hot desking throughout the whole year, rarely got to see my team
awfully organised, from both foundation and my team
There was the oppurtunity to do training courses by yourself online, but little help from the team.
Flexi Time
Working from home
Will not be applying back.
The Culture
The social within the South Bank office is fantastic, 100 plus interns there.
Rent is extremely expensive, but that is expected in central london
busy, expensive, but good.
giveback was limited
