    • Felt empowered and value as an employee.

    • Felt my line manager and my team benefited from the time I spent there.

    • My manager was fantastic. Was a great mentor, leader and coach.

    • Sometimes I was very very busy and other times it was ok. Never a time where I had nothing to do.

    • I was given a lot of responsibility and was key in developing some important processes.

    • i think they will really assist me when returning to university to be more proactive within academic life.

    • It was great, the team were always up for a laugh. It was friendly and you could approach most people easily.

    • The placement was well organised but there is room for a lot of improvement and more structure.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Not a massive amount. I will encouraged to self fund training as the department did not have a budget for the training course and did not believe it would beneficial. No official formal training conducted.

    • Great environment with lots of other placement students.

    • Was very expensive to live in the area.
