The Role
It was a really rewarding placement. I got given a lot of responsibility, and really was part of the team. I will be sad to leave.
I felt like a valued member of the team, and was often approached for my thoughts on issues.
They were always ready to help me, no matter what the issue.
My role was a very busy role at certain times of the month, due to being a financial position. However, at other times of the month, it was less busy, which allowed me time to reflect on things I had done and completing other tasks.
My role was quite independent, so after the initial starting process, I was almost left on my own. I was still able to ask my managers about issues, etc, but I enjoyed the independence of the role.
I have learnt a lot of skills that I will be able to use when I return to university to help make my life easier, e.g. time management, and excel skills. Also, there are a lot of skills that I will be able to use in future jobs, in specific programmes such as SAP.
The Company
It was a very quiet office, which made it a lot easier to get down to working. However, it was also a very friendly office, so I would often go and chat to people in my office to get a break from my work.
It was very well set up, with a lot of intern specific training, to help us with the whole experience, down to CV checking when we leave in preparation for after university.
There were a lot of training courses throughout the year, and there were opportunities for more through language courses and Lunch and Learns.

The company keeps in touch with you after you leave to inform you of any jobs you may be interested in, but there are no specific graduate jobs.
The Culture
The interns at WB tended to socialise at lunchtimes and after work, which was great.
Very expensive, but this was sort of expected, due to being in central London. However, after a few months, it was easier to find out where was cheap on what days.
We were very close to Leicester Square, so the nightlife could be good, you just had to make sure you had a lot of money.
This depended on the department, and the people organising any activities. This overall was good.
