The Role
Had alot of work to do. Was always interesting and covered a wide range of different component groups and failure modes
Our department was very close and there was always a high moral within the group with alot of banter.
To start off I was given alot of support but towards the middle and end of the placement I was left to work and only given guidance when I asked for it
Always busy, I had lots of projects and failures to work on.
I was given alot of responsibility. I had to lead my own projects and was given an engine group to ook after.
The skills developed will help me within any work environment. The mentality and procedures have given me an insight into how a company works
