The Role
Fantastic and interesting job and very diverse
Made friends for life and regarded as a engineer not a placement
I was quite independant so I didnt need much, but it was there when I did
so days were none stop 8-6 some days waiting to home, just depends on workload
I owned all of my tasks and was treat like any memeber of the team
I have learned soo much. I am now an advanced user of some major engineering programmes
The Company
We regularly are told off for laughing and having fun
They have the job well sorted
Given the oppertunity to be trained on the ltest engineering software

The Culture
Plenty of interaction between all. I lived with 2 other placements
some clubs were expensive but cost of living was reasonable
would be better if the music was better and no Squaddies
