The Role
Enjoyed it throughly. Would want to return.
Feel that most of work done is appreciated and that I will be missed.
When asked, support was given.
Constantly busy. But I like being busy so it worked well.
I ran all my projects completely and had full ownership. Given same responsibility as a full employed qualified employee
Life, communication and degree based skills have been learnt.
The Company
Good laugh. Generally quiet though most of the time!
Good enough. Student Development Plan in place this year and will improve over the next few years. Has room for improvement but is the first year this has happened so kinks will be ironed out.
Invested no end. Had any training that I wanted if I requested it or if it was on offer.

Here is hoping! We shall see I suppose, very good Graduate take up rate and high number of previous placement students are now full time employees.
The Culture
Got in with a good crowd. Made some lifelong friends. Worked as a group and socialised regularly.
Moderately cheap, good nights out etc and possibility to go to the larger cities such as Durham, Middlesborough & Newcastle.
Good! Not a bad night out at all. Surrounding large cities also on offer.
Both as a student group and a work group many opertunities were on offer.
