The Role
Thoroughly enjoyable placement, felt part of the team from the start and given great opportunities
There is a strong focus on team leadership and building in order to deliver well, I was welcomed from the start and bonded well with other members of the team
Over the majority of my placement I was suported well and helped were required
I was kept busy from the start but the was good focus on structured workplans to ensure if delivery wasn't possible it didnt reflect badly on you and work was done to build it in in the future
After my strengths were highlighted I was given all sorts of responsbilities in order to boost current strengths as well as develop other skills
the things ive learned this year are invaluable and will be in my future career
