  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The year has been fantastic and I have enjoyed it very much.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • By the colleagues in my department, I was made more than welcome. However, most colleagues in other departments were entirely different, sometimes rude and unprofessional. Very quick to judge.

    • My manager has always given me great guidance. This has allowed me to be innovative with my ideas and to have the confidence to start new projects.

    • Sometimes I was very busy with projects, but other times there was nothing in particular I could be doing.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I was the sole IT Support for two of the Service Training facilities. I controlled all aspects of computing to do with these facilities and I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of these.

    • I am qualified on several different engines and I am also qualified in engine electrics.
