The Role
Amazing opportunity to put your knowledge into practice - great team, very helpful people and overall very supportive atmosphere.
People are open, friendly and easy-going.
My supervisor provided me with the feedback weekly so I could get a chance to work on my mistakes and improve - definitely one of the key elements while on a placement year.
Depending on the time - sometimes I stayed late, sometimes the days weren't that busy. But the work was so enjoyable that it was a pleasure to work more.
I've been managing some small to medium projects and assisting with the big ones - more responsibility that I expected, but I'm glad it worked out like this.
There's no words to describe how important this placement year has been to me - if you're still not sure, I'd say DEFINITELY do a placement year!

Dependign on the team expansion - but if the team likes you, you have a great chance to get back after you finish uni.
The Culture
