The Role
i loved it
I was always treated as one of the team
As the first intern in my role I did not have a mentor, moving forward this will be in place
I did have less busy days but these gave me a chance to study for the qualifications Microsoft allowed me to do.
I couldn't have asked for any more responsibilty
My Job was not really relevant to my degree, but will stand me in good stead for the rest of my life.
The Company
exciting and always changing
HR's framework for us was great
I did 5 MCAS and 1 MCTS, which were not integral to my role.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I have been confirmed a place on an assessment day
The Culture
We did loads!!! 2 balls, loads of nights out, cinema, meeting at lunch all sorts!!
Reading is not cheap, but at least it's not London prices, I lived at home.
loved it at the beginning, by the end of the year we were branching out beyond Reading
we had pub quizzes at work, loads of Intern and Team activities.
