The Role
I had never worked in a business of this size before so I had nothing to compare it against but I enjoyed it very much and the standards I expect from work are now very high.
They treated me very well and like I was part of the team, not as if I was a student.
Any questions or queries I had were answered, there was never a time where I didn't know what I was doing.
worked fluctuated week to week depending on the activities of the partners/customers.
Not as much as the permanent staff because I obviously wasn't trained but enough responsibility to keep me busy.
time management and organisation.
The Company
positive and playful atmosphere at all times.
very well organised and structured. extremely efficient
Company invested heavily right from the off with various presentations.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
very appealing but I have to go through a process of re-applying.
The Culture
very good social scene, almost different activities every weekend from cinema to bowling and barbecues
I lived at home so I never had an issue with this. from speaking to other students, relatively ok.
Good and cheap. Easily accessible and good range of choice in music.
various sports clubs and social events were always open.
