The Role
Really enjoyed meeting different people from all over the company and the country.
Felt at ease around teams and questions are welcomed by them as they have been in your place
They expect you not to know how to do everything, so they support you in all steps of your work
Generally given a chunk of work on a daily basis and when thats finished more is always available
You are given responsibility over your work and documenting it, and after a few weeks you feel comfortable to do a lot of work yourself, but someone is always there to help and check over your work
I do not take an accounting course, but when reading the paper i understand a lot more of the financials
The Company
Was mainly on client sites, but when in the office everyone is very friendly
Very well organised, always know what you are meant to do and what is expected from you
A lot of investment in our training and development, i felt i could easily fit back into place after graduating
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Cheap, but not much chance as everyone is generally away on jobs
Same as above
Many through company portal
