  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed my placement that much that I applied for the graduate scheme.

    • All the staff made me very welcome in every team I worked in.

    • All the managers were bery helpful and easy to approach.

    • I was very busy all the time - I loved being busy as it meant that I got to complete different tasks on a daily basis and I was learning along the way.

    • I was given alot of responsibility. I enjoyed the amount of responsibility I was given as it made me feel like an equal part of the team.

    • I learnt alot whilst I was at CSC. The skills I learnt will help me in my final year modules and in the near future.

    • The atmosphere was great, everybody got along and it was as if you were part of one big happy family.

    • The placement was very well organised. I knew from the first day what my future roles would be and what tasks/skills I would be undertaking.

    • The future employment prospects are amazing. I have been given a place on the graduate scheme. I can't wait to start.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • I got on really well with all my colleagues, I also got on really well with the current graduates and the other IP students. There were plenty of socials to go on.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • I commuted everyday - 30 minute drive as I live in Manchester.

    • Night life was great in Preston - lot's of student bars.

    • Gym, five a side footy teams for the men and socials.
