The Role
Ultimately a very insighful year in industry and an overall challenging working period.
Support is there if and when you need it however you must ask for it.
Exceptional amount of responsibility! From running your own store as Store Manager to shadowing your District Manager who runs four stores.
Throughout the placement I have gone through various stages of personal development and increased my industry specif technical skills.
The Company
Placement it self was not in an office environment, apart from time spent at Lidl UK Head Office. Here atmosphere was fast paced and professional.
Ultimately YOU are responsible for the level of responsibility you get, if you show the correct aptitude and skill to the right people in a professional manner you will be rewarded with a great deal of responsibility!
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
London! Not cheap! Nevertheless a great chance to manage some of Lidl's inner city stores.
