The Role
Great experience which has proven invaluable
Colleagues treated me as a fellow employee and embraced me.
Management were good in offering help when needed and often pointed me in the roght direction in acquiring relevant information needed
Day to day activies were very extensive. Certain weeks did provide challenges.
Work was plit evenly with my team, However, I had to fill in for line mamnger for certain things and meetings
Has opened my eyes and mind into skills and requirements needed to survive and succeed in the working environment
The Company
Office atmosphere was great. Everybody is easy going and approachable.
The transition from my predecessor was smooth and allowed me to pick up right where he left off. This allowed me to gain as much help and information I needed to start off well.
The company are interested in sending you onto courses to improve ypur klnowledge and capability to serve the company.

The company offers you the chance to apply for the grduate scheme which allows you to work with different sites across the country
The Culture
Fellow students were esasy to mingle with. Everybody is very social and easy going
The area offers good rates on accomodation and the town is not very expensive a la london.
Nightlife is not as polulor in the area but it is close to brighton which offers a better choice for student nightlife
The company organised orange days which allows the workers to do work such as gardening and painting for the local community
