The Role
One of the most valuable experiences of my life
I worked close with my function team and the higher group team, all were very accomodating
I did feel in control of my own training, which was very good but sometimes felt a bit unsupported
Almost perfect! One or twice had too much!
It started with smaller jobs, but now in the almost end I was pretty much leading.
I cannot not put a value on all I have learnt, I just feel that even beats all that I did learnt at uni on my first two years
The Company
It was good, but sometimes there was a tension in the air usually linked to budget restrictions which I guess cannot be helped
There were quite a lot of the training in the beggining that could be better distributed, also more opportunites for students should be explored.
I did felt that budget paid some part in me not being allowed some courses.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I might come back one day!
The Culture
Not really
West London is quite expensive to live and not a nice area, which means that we go to central London that ended up being quite expensive nights!
We did have to go to central London for something, no many things around
Sports, parties and else
