The Role
I enjoyed it a lot.
I feel really valued by everyone here, the team is great.
I had various managers and I was given support by all.
I was quite busy, but there was always a good balance.
I was given a lot of responsibility in the work I did.
It really helped with my studies as I could relate the theory to practical examples.
The Company
Great atmosphere! There was a buzz and a lot of charity stuff going on.
It was good.
I was able to go on the internal training courses and seminar events.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Healthcare from home
The organisation is growing and therefore there are a lot of internal job prospects
The Culture
The placement students had a good social scene especially with the graduates.
As I was based outside of London the cost of living was much cheaper than it would be in central London.
There was not much nighlife in the immediate area however Reading was only 20 minutes away which had a good nightlife.
There were a lot of opportunities especially getting involved in CSR Projects.
