The Role
It was a very insightful experience where you were treated just as if you were in the job role and not just an intern. Great exposure to the world of Management Consultancy.
Dropped in at the deep end and expected to adopt the role of an Analyst, therefore valued as an Analyst in line with the tasks you had to complete.
HR team gave us a thorough induction process and were there for support through the whole process if we needed it.
Whilst there were natural fluctuations and quieter times there was always something to pick up and do.
Carrying through end-to-end processes for the project team for which I had the responsibility to design, conduct and maintain.
Allows for a greater understanding of the real world application of Management theory.
The Company
The cliché of work hard play hard was very true. Good atmosphere, as long as the work was getting done.
The whole process was a huge learning experience and obviously we were paid, we also were sent on Excel training course etc
