The Role
It's a very interesting and engaging job - the professional work setting is relaxed and enjoyable resulting in an exceedingly good work ethic.
I was welcomed in immediately, never felt like I couldn't turn to anyone. I was always able to make friends very quickly within the business.
I was helped along with everything - and I could easily turn to my supervisor's for anything. Very welcoming, and at the same time willing for you to just get on with it.
Some day's where busier than others - some day's were much more dull than others, but I always felt useful and able to do something!
I was treated like another employee not just an intern - I had as much responsibility as anyone else. But with the supervisor's in place I felt comfortable and never out of my depth.
The programming ethic I generally gained at the placement will help me forever!
The Company
It was a friendly atmosphere where everyone appeared to enjoy there work!
It was quite a rush getting started, but once I was here it seemed to have everything in place.
I was given anything and everything required like any other employee and taught more along the way.

Working from home
The more work you put in, the more they'll want you back!
The Culture
Felt like a part of the family.
It's close to Oxford - it's not the cheapest... But for what you get paid it's not unreasonable!
If you want to go to Oxford you've got a good night out sorted.
There where lots of activities going on that they encouraged you to be a part of.
