The Role
A fantastic company to work for and one that really strived to get the most out of you and to feel challenged. HIghly reccommended to work for.
Everyone in my department all made an effort with eachother and fet valued as an employee and not just an intern.
Training and getting used to job was very difficult, took me personally a long while and very much responsbile for your own development there.
Very busy and often dealt with high voulmes of work. Had oppotunity to seek more different varied work too.
Was responsible for a number of events on my own, some quite large company events and managed most of my own aspects of my work.
Assisted me in getting to know the worksplace and HR, however didn't apply as much when returned to Uni.
The Company
Good but high pressure office, everyone got along and was happy to talk to you.
Very organised, had a list of objectives and own self development plan along with mentoring sessions.
Mentoring was available but had to seek it, asked for a number of opportunties but often failed to materalise.
Very appealing a good company to work for.
The Culture
There were quite a big intern crowd in Bristol, not so much in Broughton however good opportunties to go out etc
Depends where you live, while its cheaper to live near the site in Bristol you are often quite isloated and not the best area to live in. As the pay is not great try to get as close to the centre as possible but STAY on the side nearer to Airbus.
Fantastic in Bristol city centre
Depends which department you work in
