    • The insight was structured very well, it was varied and everything fitted together well.

    • The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, everyone was pleasant to speak to and were always happy to help.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The firm spent a lot of time and went to a lot of effort to explain what they do. Senior members of staff often gave up time to do presentations etc.

    • By working as part of the team and doing the sort of work a trainee would do gave me a good insight into what it would be like to work full time for the firm.

    • Working as part of a team and socialising with people who work for the firm gave me a good idea of what it was like to work for the company.

    • The content of each day was incredibly helpful in deciding my future career plans. It gave me the chance to see what life as a trainee will be like which was incredibly useful.
