The Role
I had an amazing year.
Felt very valued, I was constantly asked for assistance on tasks and always received feedback on what I did.
Had great guidance from my manager and a fantastic support network set up by Human Resources.
Always had something interesting on my plate to be getting on with, occasionally the workload would get pretty heave, but I found this a perfect opportunity to test myself with high pressure deadlines.
Thrown right into live projects from the start.
Benefited incredibly and developed creatively and socially, whilst gaining confidence and experience in the area I am passionate in.
The Company
Really great people with fun attitudes to the work.
Every part of what I did felt well thought out and integral to my learning.
Was able to take part in a extremely valuable seven part training schedule, which provided me with an array of skills.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
They would not be a natural place for me to fit back into the company unfortunately.
The Culture
Fantastic community of interns which is really helpful
Central London can be hard on your wallet.
London is the cultural centre of Europe, so I had anything and everything on my doorstep.
Some, but quite limited.
