The Role
Thoroughly Enjoyed it.
I felt like an integral part of the team
Fantastic managers who did give me a lot of responsibility however always remained patient and helpful if they thought I was struggling.
I was busy but I feel as though this is the only way you can learn so I enjoyed this.
I had a large amount of responsibility which meant that the things I was doing actually mattered to the success of the company.
I feel infinitely more prepared to start my professional career having completed my internship at WB.
The Company
Quite Fun, obviously the fun had to stop when we were busy but I think this is the same anywhere.
Very well organised. I was very well informed of what was expected of me.
I thought this was an excellent part of the internship as we completed 10 learning and development courses and a course in a software of our choosing all on the company.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I started a summer job with them today two days after my internship finished.
The Culture
I felt that there was a social scene amongst colleagues rather than fellow interns.
It was very expensive and I did struggle at times but this is the same at any internship.
Not great, however, we are very close to places that do have an excellent nightlife scene.
There were many opportunities from language courses to sports teams.
