About You
It was insight day and everything was done to cover as much of the important stuff as possible.
We received help at all times during the day.
We got support throughout the activities such as the business game and casestudy.
I developed a greater understanding of the application process and further hints and tips for interviews and assessment centres.
The Company
The whole structure was emailed to us the day before so we had a good idea of what the day would be like.
It was really good.
We had the opportunity to take part in a business game and case study which gave us a feel of how the real assesment centre takes place and got to learn a variety of skills.
We got to network with graduates which was the only time we got an understanding of what it would feel like to be in a full time role at the bank.
They made us aware of their working environment and values.
It was really good as I got an idea of the different departments within the bank and also the different career paths that you could take to get a position in the bank. I also got to learn of their training and sponsorship schemes which will help me decide what path I would like to take in the future.
Everything Else
I had a chance to network with graduates during lunch and at the end of the day.
We had lunch and after drinks which gave us the opportunity to network and socialize.
Yes. We were told of the different ways that you can get involved such as summer barbecues and lots of other charity events.
It was a really good opportunity to learn more about the various divisions within the bank and what programmes they offer while getting a chance to take part in fun interactive activities.
