The Role
The internship was challending and very valueable for the future career.
Worked in a team of interns. Felt like a part of the team.
Managers, Mentors and Buddies were really supportive and helps at instance.
I had many meetings, seminars, tutorials and actual tasks which made every day a busy day.
More than I expected. The task was open-ended
Helps you to develop wide range of skills including management and financial knowledge.
The Company
Great offices and views
The placement was set up well.
We had a training week during the first week where we learned more about banking in general and what our divisions do.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
There are many changes in the structure of the bank. So I am not sure what skills they will require in 2-3y.
The Culture
London is expensive. Food in Canary Whard is expensive. The salary is good though.
Professional environment, no much time for nightlife
We got invitations for museum exhibitions and intern-parties
