About You
Very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Open plan office means you are always spoken to and asked how everything is going.
Trainees are really helpful and give good guidance.
Thrown into the deep end sometimes - good for legal skills and ocnfidence building.
The Company
Very structured, 2 weeks, 2 different departments and some supporting presentations.
Great atmosphere, felt very comfortable.
The firm really focus on helping you rather than just trying to get something from you.
Very much so, specific talks and a lot of exposure to trainees formally and informally gives you a really good insight.
A lot, it is very friendly, approaching a partner is very easy!
Very much so, in having experience of two departments it gives you an idea of whether you prefer contentious and non-contentious work.
Everything Else
Great in supporting you if you need to live in London for 2 weeks.
Buffet lunches, social nights out with trainees and networking opportunities.
A little nerve-racking on the first day, but towards the end really enjoyable.
Yes the firm are really keen to get involved in lots - swimming the channel, running, summer party
Definitely, very good all round experience.
