The Role
Extremely enjoyable.
Cared for by both manager and wider team.
Consistent guidance, regular meetings and planned development & goals.
Good balance; option to choose how much/little to take on.
Again, as much as they feel you are comfortable with.
Very useful for future jobs, not necessarily degree studies.
