About You
Very insightful indeed, got to meet a wide range of very interesting people, making some lasting and potentially incredibly useful contacts. Gained a good understanding of the future opportunities that the bank could provide and good details on applying to them.
They gave very good information on how one applicants should apply to their roles online giving extensive details on what to do and what to not do during applications, interviews etc.
Every detail of the application process was covered, although some examples would have helpful. For instance showing some written exercise questions they had used in the past.
Gave a good but brief insight into some of the skills you may need to employ at the bank.
The Company
Very well structured with a clear timetable for the day. Everything was every punctual with no delays throughout the day.
Excellent, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I met some very interesting people and made some good friends as well.
No work for the company was carried out as it was an insight day event.
Gave a good understanding of the roles available as an undergrad at uni, whilst highlighting some of the social events that go on at the bank.
Demonstrated some of the socials, events and groups that are at the bank.
Gave an understanding of the company roles but more information on each division would've been helpful.
Everything Else
Travelling was through London transport so no compensation was necessary but was offerred from commuting from outside London.
There were many networking opportunities with graduates working at the bank
Plenty of people to speak to with good insight.
Found out about the facilities, benefits and rewards linked to working at the bank.
A great way to make contacts and meet lots of new people in a day.
