About You
The business exercise was very fun and informative. The skills section was also useful.
Really made us feel wanted by the organisation.
Guided through the day by the head of HR.
I feel that some of the skills we practised could be useful for assessment centres when we apply for graduate schemes.
The Company
Well structured with regular breaks to keep us engaged.
There was a fun and relaxed atmosphere that allowed everyone to ask questions.
As it was only an insight there was not much opportunity to train and develop, however they did provide tips for the application process.
Plenty of opportunities to speak to current graduate and talk about their role and experiences, which meant that we could really gauge what it would be like to work there.
By talking to current graduates we were able to gain more information about the company's culture.
It made me feel more aware about the opportunities available at the bank but still left me unsure whether I would want to work there.
Everything Else
More than happy to reimburse expenses.
There was a networking lunch, a coffee break and a chance to interview current graduates.
Regular opportunities to network during the day.
There was some talk about what goes on out of work.
Yes, the day was highly informative and engaging and I thoroughly enjoyed the day.
