About You
The insight was very informative and fun!
There were interns that would come and talk to you during lunch time. They were nice and willing to answer any question.
Everything was perfectly explained.
They gave useful tips (that you can use for other applications too) about CV, interviews and assessment centers. Very valuable info coming from someone who does actually work in HR at the Bank.
The Company
We had a business and teamwork game. The chairs/tables provided were laid out in a way that would not help us to face each other constraining the development of the activity. Rounded tables would have helped.
Good atmosphere.
It was just an insight day but I've been to similar events and they would give you a gift for attending.
This was the best thing; a proper understating of how the Bank and its people work.
Is still need to do a bit more of research but I know a lot more about the bank now.
I think I've got a much clearer idea now.
Everything Else
But they paid students for travel expenses (I just did not need it)
Yes but I would have liked to see even more graduates.
A lot of chances to speak with recruitment members and graduates.
No really. Actually the area looks very boring and expensive.
Anyone interested in becoming an Economist should apply for an insight day at the Bank .
