The Role
I had the most fantastic year at Microsoft and has been a great experience.
Everyone I worked with was always more than happy to help and great to work with.
My manager was very supportive throughout the year and really helped my career progression.
Always very busy, especially on weeks when I was travelling to see customers.
I was given a lot of responsibility working with Microsoft Customers and Partners, the experience has been invaluable.
Everything I learnt will be valuable in my future career and a lot of what I learnt will help me at University next year , especially around presenting and time management.
The Company
Really nice environment to work in and I nice balance between having fun and working hard.
Really well set up, my manger was really helpful and the HR team were always on hand throughout the year.
There were a wide variety of training courses available to me as an intern. As well as that Microsoft invest a lot of time in your personal development.

The Culture
There were some really good social events throughout the year, and a good atmosphere amongst interns. As well as this there is a great social scene with fellow colleagues.
I was working in Reading, therefore the living and socialising cost were not cheap but not that expensive.
Some really good nights out !
There are lots of activities to get involved in outside work, especially sport !
