  • You get treated like part of the family and learn to be more than just colleagues. The amount of responsibility given as well is tremendous.

  • Depends on the business area but there is ALWAYS work to do if you're keen!

  • Can be slow at the start as the manager adjusts to your skillset and you have to learn to work, but once it kicks off it is managed excellently

  • If based in London it is expensive, but you can still live a full social life on the pay...you just can't go crazy (and hello student loan!)
