The Role
Great experiences and an invaluable addition to the CV
You get treated like part of the family and learn to be more than just colleagues. The amount of responsibility given as well is tremendous.

Can't stress enough how helpful this year is, it totally sets you up for working post uni
The Company
Very fun, very casual
Can be slow at the start as the manager adjusts to your skillset and you have to learn to work, but once it kicks off it is managed excellently

You do have to apply to come back as a graduate, but the connections you gain are more than worthwhile if you're serious about getting a job
The Culture
Great intern community!
If based in London it is expensive, but you can still live a full social life on the pay...you just can't go crazy (and hello student loan!)
LONDON BABY!
If you have a hobby or interest, there are tonnes of people to connect with and do something over!
