The Role
I received a lot of responsibility and I learned tons and hence I thoroughly enjoyed it.
THe culture here is just what I was looking for. Friendly but everyone minds their own business.
At Fidelity you need to solve your own problems or actively try to find someone to help you. People are very helpful but it is noones role to guide you. You need to make the most of the resources available to you.
8am-7pm. Not much of a lunch break.
An amazing amount. I was given work just like a permanent member of staff and expected to perform just as well.
The skills I learned are really valuable and equivalent to a whole new course.
The Company
I really liked it. People are very friendly. It's not fun and games though- people here are mature.
Everything was superbly organised
I really want to work here! It's hard but fingers crossed
The Culture
People here are very friendly and that is he social scene I was looking for.
We went for drinks and things were paid for so great!
This is not really a place for nightlife. People are quite mature in that respect
There are some but people are more concentrated on their work here.
