The Role
I loved working with the cars and getting to know the company as a whole
Everyone was very lovely however sometimes felt like a work experience and not treated equally
The Managers were all lovely and keen to help out if in need
Little work for as the department weren't prepared for me
Within second week was given a few small jobs with big responsibility, little scary to start with
Training courses online and optional events were readily available and free. great source of learning
The Company
Very sociable and helpful, always having a laugh
Didnt seem like they expected me at all! no work in place for me.
they wanted me to learn new thing but left to find everything on your own!
Will want to apply for employment from them
The Culture
As we all live in uni halls the social was fab
Was expensive so had to do things cheap
Was a bit rough but if you stick with a good group its a good night
I am involved in community events through work with are good fun to organise
