The Role
The opportunity was second to none, the people were great, the experiences were great and I learned a huge about while laughing the whole time
Working closely with a small team meant I was valued like any other member and everyone was happy to provide help and support as needed
Support was always there when I needed or wanted it
There was always something to do but also enough time to do it
Once I was up to speed others often deferred to me when I had suggestions or opnions
I wouldn't have been able to develop the skills I did anywhere else
The Company
There was always fun to be had even during the busy periods
The scheme has been running for years so everyone knew what they where responsible for and passed that knowledge onto me
If there was the potential for me to get involved they offered it, even if it made the project take longer
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
While it is tough to get in I would love to work there
The Culture
Everyone was very friendly, there where opportunities to party, opportunities to go to the pub or just to hang out and play games
Reading is relatively expensive but being paid more than makes up for this
Tons of bars and clubs for every taste
Loads of social clubs and friendly people to hang out with
