The Role
The people are really helpful and the intern group makes everything easier.
The longer I was there, the better and better I got to know everyone around me. We really started to become friends.
A buddy mentor system ensures that there are always people around to help.
You're as busy as you want to be. Take on more work if you have too much time. Experience it.
My project will be used by real life production systems once I'm done. This is definitely good motivation.
This is the career path I want to follow so everything's relevant.
The Company
Quiet office in my team. Everyone has their job to do and they do it. But people are very willing to help anyone so sometimes the group really gets into it
Such a large intern group requires a lot of organization but the HR team do very well. The onboarding process worked very well and frequent events are always smooth
Frequent talks about the working of different areas of the bank as well as very useful programming training days.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I'm strongly considering my options at this point.
The Culture
Everyone is up for some fun after a long day/week in the office.
The cost of living is fine. Plenty of cash left for nights out
This is London!
Constant offers of events and things to visit.
