The Role
Great place, depends a lot on department as to whether you enjoy it
Very friendly. Easy to talk to and they talk to you as an equal.
All ways approachable
A little bored at points. Managed to pass the time!
Treated me as a normal employee.
Very useful for teaching me people skills and how to conduct meetings etc.
The Company
Plenty of chatting
Everything ready from day 1
Let me do any training i wanted
Subsidised Canteen
Promising. Interview during the placement. To quote 'as long as you don't muck up, you should get a job'.
The Culture
Regular lunch meetups and chats.
Stayed with family so very cheap for me. I believe that there are cheap places to live organised by the company. Heard good reports from there.
Didn't have any time to go out. I travelled the country most week ends.
Allowance for external activities. £150 to undertake training outside of work that included driving lessons and track days.
