The Role
Great experience, you get a chance to work with some really good people.
I usually always had someting to do.
A lot, despite having to get coffee/lunch every now and then! For example I was tasked to substantially help out on big projects (e.g. building models to provide trade ideas).
In terms of degree not much. But a lot of what I have learnt can be applied in a future career in finance
The Company
People Knew when to work and when to play, so i was a healthy balance between the two,
Very well organised, there was a very clear structure.
Heavily invested. We had an intensive 1 week training with a supeb instructor. That week was very well organised gave me a very good grounding in finance.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Ya here is a bar just infront on the office which everyone usually goes to. So Thusday/Friday evenings you would usually grab a pint with colleagues and other interns.
Very lively, there is a club just infront of the office along with lots of bars.
Yes plenty.
