The Role
Was good to an extent - had some real down points though which tarnished the last few months.
Great team spirit - however some management made me feel second priority to other colleagues.
poor communication.
Workflow fluctuated - supply and demand etc
Were given quite a bit of free roaming to do as we pleased.
Great business placement which will provide knowledge for all sorts of businesses.
The Company
Great atmosphere when incentives were going!
was well organised - however a lack of communication lead to a lot of confusion amongst the placement team, moving departments etc.
A lot of 1 - 1 training and a few weeks of intensive shadowing to get us up and running - constant top ups and refresher training.
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Good - if you get into marketing or product. Sales floor is full!
The Culture
Everyone in the office is of a young age - socialising is an important part of this office.
Windsor is ridiculously expensive.
Average - i live locally so have other options but for people who move here for the job it is literally just Windsor..
The company have a football league going
