Deloitte made this internship very enjoyable.

I felt really valued as I was given plenty of work to do during the 3 weeks I was here. I was never left with nothing to do! The work set was at the right level for me. The team were great, they were really welcoming and made me feel a part of the the team.

I was given a buddy to help me through the scheme. She was really helpfull and she made sure I understood everything I was suposed to do. If my buddy was unavailable I felt I could ask any of the other team members for help if I needed it.

I have become more confident in my abilities through this internship.

There were two inductions was this internship. The first one (for all the offices) was very well structured and useful. The local induction was not as structured and was not in the office I was located in. This meant the tour around the office was pointless as I only went there once. I was also not given an induction in my service line. There was not any particular structure to the work days but that wasn't a bad thing.

The atmosphere was great. The team were great fun!

I was able to attend any training that was given to my team. I was also given thorough I.T training. Deloitte seem very dedicated to our training and development.

As I was given work that the teamdo on a daily basis and not work tailored for me (being a uni student) I got a real insight into how it would be to work here.

Definitely got a feel for the company culture and would love to work here.

Through this insight I have decided to apply for a graduate position.

Pay was fair and I was reimbursed for travel to the inductions

I spent some time in another office and was able to meet new people. Went for lunches with members of other teams but there were not many networking opportunities.

Not many probably because it was a very busy time of year for my service line.
