About You
It was challenging sometimes but very enjoyable
Everyone was kind and eager to give advice
There were lots of people who I could talk to but even better, each person had a line manager and an energy buddy.
I got great tips for my CV
The Company
Sometimes there wasn't as much for me to do and sometimes there was too much but it's good because that's how work really is.
Fun and everyone was chill.
They dedicated a lot of time to talking to me one on one.
I was treated like I worked there and not like an intern
I understand shell very well now, especially the structure of the company and how long it takes to get promoted.
Not really, I liked the environment but the work was not particularly tailored towards my goals.
Everything Else
Some people said that they should have had more lunch money but I handled the budget and it was fine.
There is a very good system set up for that and it wss easy to meet with people.
Great but there wasn't any time designated for that, you had to try and make time.
