The Role
It is a fantastic company with a great work ethic.
The whole company gets along and you do literally get treated like family.
The support structures in place to guide you through the placement are fantastic and make the experiance that much better.
The workload varies by season because of the nature of the Golf market but it is always a good balance.
You are treated like a full time employee and you actually get th do the full job.
The Company
Morale is incredible at Golfbreaks and you will actually have fun during your job.
Everything is organsied to a tee. They take lots of placements every year so have the system sorted.
They have a dedicated student manager who is constantly training you.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
It is a place that likes to build from within and placements will often get asked to come back.
The Culture
It is incredible i dont think you will find it better anywhere else.
It is quite an expensive town however still good fun and enjoyable
it is ok for the size of the town
There is quite good opportinties for after work Football and golf
