The Role
I enjoyed my time with Savills. It is a fantastic company to work for and its high profile nature meant that the vast majority of projects I was involved in were very interesting.
I felt valued by colleagues, everyone was friendly and supportive.
My mentors were always on hand if I needed anything.
I was often busy, I would sometimes have to ask for work but I was never without anything to do.
I was given a fair amount of responsibility. Some of the tasks I was given were important to the projects we were working on.
The internship was defiently worth while. I have learnt a lot about careers in property and have learnt lessons that will be valuable in whatever I do in the future.
The Company
There was a very lively atmosphere in the office. Everyone got along and it was a good enviroment to work in.
It was well organised. There was a clear structure to my internship.
They invested me toa large extent, I undertook no formal training but hte internship must have been costly for Savills to put togehter.

Savills is a great company to work for. I unsure if property is the path I will go down but if it is I will certainly be applying to Savills.
The Culture
There was a lively social scene, there seemed to be a good bond between my colleagues.
It was quite reasonable. As I was commuting about from quite a distance away I did not really do much socialising out of work.
I did not have chance to sample the nighlife but it sounded great.
I think if I was working full time there would have been lots to get involved in but there was not loads for interns.
