The Role
Everyone made me feel welcome and I was given a variety of different things to do.
They trusted me to get on with work and valued my opinon on things.
Mostly, I was left to get on with things and I liked working things out myself - but there was always someone there who could help out if I got stuck.
Mostly well balanced work load. Always found something to do.
I was trusted to do important task and complete reports, write ups and give my opinion by myself.
The skills and experiences that I have gained will help me no end going forward into the last year of uni and into the job market.
The Company
Very welcoming, everyone working hard - could be slightly stressful at times but mostly good.
Some confusion over dates before I started, but all sorted out.
Did tests and evaluation at the end to check how everything had gone. Good communication.
Company Parties/Events
Would love to work with them. Will apply for graduate scheme and I think they would give me a good reference.
The Culture
Office trip out to stately home in the first week. Also drinks events organised and charity events for employees to take part in.
Good
Good facilities.
Good, went out for lunches and dinner with collegues.
