The Role
Great work atmosphere, people really willing to assist with any queries.
Tried my best to get on well with everyone, felt like they appreciated my presence and gradually became more willing to help me out.
I think a lot of it comes down to what kind of person you are, I didn't feel like I needed much support, I just tried to learn as much about the products/company as I could and apply that at work.
I would always find something to do
I felt like i delivered a lot in some areas of the bank and definitely made customers feel welcome and appreciated. Wasn't able to take on more serious tasks due to technical issues, however I made an effort to network with a whole range of specialists that offered some great knowledge and let me sit in and actively discuss commercial matters with large clients.
I think the skills learned, although valued, are not something that I would apply to my education.
The Company
Great People, Good banter.
Felt very well taken care of
I can tell they spend a lot on these programs, the time and effort they take to organise everything really makes you feel like your skills are valued and that they are hoping to actively involve you in the future.
Such a wide range of areas, have spoken to so many different people from Global Markets to Private Banking and the opportunities are endless.
The Culture
When we partied, we partied hard.
Standard prices
Normal Uni City nightlife
Was always asked to play sports or help with charitable projects etc
