About You
Really enjoyed it, the day flew by.
A large range of people invested a lot of time in us, and all seemed genuinely to want to meet and help us.
With particular support on Applications at the end.
One extremely valuable Negotiating skills session, which was the first that I'd done.
The Company
As before, the day flew by and was 100% Seamless in transitions.
Great friendly environment, which facilitated discussion between current employees, current Vacation Scheme students, and everyone (including myself) on the Open Day.
The one main skill session on Negotiations, but there was limited time, so it was important to gain a good understanding of culture and other areas too.
So many opportunities for questions - all were answered. But (potentially due to limited time) we only heard about the lives of trainees and didn't witness anything first hand. No complaints nonetheless.
As much as I believe can be got from a single day.
Confirms my intentions to pursue a career as a solicitor.
Everything Else
Up to £100 in ticket costs, and told in advance well before the Open Day itself.
We met so many people and really had time to talk to them and get to know them.
The environment created was perfectly comfortable and relaxed yet still maintaining the air of professionalism.
We heard about many of the sporting opportunities, but this wasn't the focus of the talks.
I doubt I'll go to a better Open Day.
